Return and Refund Policy for Eco-Serve
At Eco-Serve, we are committed to providing high-quality eco-friendly products to our customers. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or needs. That is why we have a transparent and fair return and refund policy in place.
Returns You may return any products purchased from Eco-Serve within 30 days of the purchase date if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Before returning any product, please contact our customer support team at support@eco-serve.in to receive a return authorization.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or was shipped in error. Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets our return policy criteria, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.
Refunds Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned product(s) minus any shipping fees or discounts that were applied to the original order. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Please note that we reserve the right to deny a return or refund request if the product(s) do not meet our return policy criteria.
Cancellations You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@eco-serve.in. We cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you can still return it following our return policy guidelines.
Damaged or Defective Products In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team at support@eco-serve.in within 7 days of receiving the product. Please provide photos of the damage or defect, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
If a replacement product is needed, we will ship it to you at no additional cost. If a replacement product is not available, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price, including any shipping fees.
